Do I need to provide measurements for custom sets?

Yes! Custom sizing is highly recommended to ensure the most accurate and comfortable fit. All custom sets require your nail measurements to be submitted at checkout in the note box. If measurements are not provided within 48 hours of purchase, your order may be refunded. Please double-check your measurements to ensure the perfect fit.

How do I know what size nails to get?

Picking the perfect size is easy! Use our Size Guide to measure each nail. Select the size that fits closest to your natural nails. Don't worry if it's your first time; our guide makes it simple to get a beautiful fit.

What if my nails don't fit perfectly?

No worries! You can gently file or trim the sides to get a perfect fit. Our Size Guide also has tips and pictures to help you find the right sizes and make small adjustments if needed.

What are the nails made of & how durable are they?

These nails are crafted from a high-quality soft gel material — lightweight, flexible, and comfortable to wear. When applied correctly with the included tabs or glue, they’re durable and can last up to 3 – 14 days (or longer depending on your lifestyle). They’re designed to resist breakage under normal use, giving you long-lasting, beautiful nails.

Please note: Some individuals may experience sensitivity to nail glue or gel products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Neni Nails is not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions.

What are the nail care tips & instructions?

Your NeniNails are ready-to-wear, but a little care goes a long way! Store unused nails in their protective case to keep them perfect, and handle them gently during application and removal. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders typically ship within 5 - 7 business days. Processing times may vary during launches or high-volume periods.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability is shown at checkout. Please note that customs fees or delays may vary depending on your location.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package shows no movement for 7+ days or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@neninails.store within 48 hours with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll work with you on a replacement or store credit. Note: Neni Nails is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on press-on nails once they've been delivered. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy before placing your order.

What if my order is the wrong one?

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@neninails.store with clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and make it right in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only issues if an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, as outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
What if I ordered the wrong size?

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Please refer to our Size Guide and review our Returns & Refund Policy before ordering.

Are shipping costs refundable?
