At NeniNails, each nail set is thoughtfully handcrafted with love and attention to detail. Because our products are handmade and hygiene — based, we kindly ask that you review the information below before placing your order.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped. This helps us maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and quality for all of our customers.

We truly understand that selecting the right size or style can feel tricky at times. For this reason, we encourage reviewing our Sizing Guide carefully or reaching out to us with any questions before ordering — we’re always happy to help. 🤍

Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings

  • Wear, lifting, or damage after application or removal

 

 

Returns

All NeniNails purchases are considered final sale once processed.

That said, if your order happens to arrive damaged or if you receive the incorrect item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the original packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit when appropriate. 


 

Custom & Limited Edition Sets

Custom, made-to-order, and limited edition sets are created especially for you and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once production begins.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
