Each NeniNails set is handcrafted with care, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, NeniNails cannot be responsible for delays or packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to help ensure safe arrival.

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@neninails.com and we’ll assist you in tracking it.
