Shipping Policy

Each NeniNails set is handcrafted with care, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

 

While we do everything we can to ensure a smooth delivery, NeniNails cannot be responsible for delays or packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to help ensure safe arrival.

 

If your package does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@neninails.store and we’ll assist you in tracking it.

We take care in preparing every order — if something goes wrong with delivery, just reach out and we’ll help you resolve it.

 

International Shipping:

We ship to 150+ countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and may take 15–40 business days (4–8 weeks) to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Neni Nails is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for packages held or seized by customs authorities.

Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to certain countries due to carrier restrictions and international regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package leaves the US, tracking updates may be limited. If your package has not arrived within 60 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@neninails.store.
